Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions
Minimum order
Minimum order of $50.00 per order.
Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. This operation schedule is subject to change. However, our web site is up and running 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Required Documents
- Photo copy of current business license and sales tax permit
- All Kentucky Companies please submit a Tax I.D. Number. If we do not receive one at the time of the sale, sales tax will be added to your order. When a completed card is on file, invoice number(s) and amount due, a refund check for the sales tax will be mailed to you.
- Business Card or Company Letter Head
- Company Check Application & Payment Guarantee Form (Completed) for Company Credit Card Acceptance
Time of Delivery
We will try to ship out the ordered merchandise within 1 to 5 business days after the order is processed or when specified by the customer if needed by a certain later date. Order processing time is dependent on the speed we can verify the payment from you and also is dependent on the various mix of products in a single order.
To speed up the delivery time of your order, please consider the following methods of payment available on our web site.
Payment - Money orders and cashier's checks are one way to secure an order with Kaye Ayers Imports. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted as a payment method. Make sure the shipping address and the mailing address are the same on the credit card. (Different shipping and billing address will require additional time to verify the credit card information.)
Once your order is processed, we will ship according to your chosen shipping method.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground, which normally takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Other options available are Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3 Day Select Shipping. If you choose a method other than ground shipping, please contact our customer service representative at one of our toll free numbers to set this up.

Freight
Prices do not include freight charges. UPS Ground will ship all merchandise unless otherwise instructed or requested. Actual shipping charges will be communicated to the buyer before the product is shipped. If your shipping charge shows "0" it means your order will be calculated at a later time. We will contact you by email of the exact shipping charge before processing your order.

Back Orders
Any missing items in a shipment are either out of stock, backordered, or discontinued. We will ship out whatever we have in stock. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock, backordered, or discontinued and the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. Because items that are out of stock, backordered, or discontinued, there might be long delays in obtaining the merchandise. Therefore, the order is considered as completed unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation
For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone or email within 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period, if an order has not begun processing, we can cancel the order. However, due to the high cost of future restocking operations, if the order has already gone into the processing stage, the customer will incur a 25% restocking fee. We advise our customers to be sure of the selections made before completing the transaction.
